How do I clean the carpet gasolilne vehicle and get rid of the smell?
Some gas spilled in the back of my equinox, smells wrong.
Assuming you do not have a lot of liquid gasoline in the carpet is still the best option would be to use one of these "cleaner steam "type of carpet cleaner machines spray detergent into the carpet and vacuum up. If a large amount of liquid remains on the carpet, try to absorb with a dry towel before using the debugger. Another alternative would be to simply rub the area with a brush and a mixture of water and detergent, then take the remainder with a towel. Then dry the area with a fan, and / or park the vehicle in a sunny spot with the windows partially open. The heat and air flow should reduce the odor gradually over several days.
