Yes, he seems like an honest, hardworking man, and I think I would trust him if I were to go to his dealership to purchase an automobile.

1) Yes, Irving seems to be a likeable fellow.
2) Yes.
3) I don’t have a negative image automobile salespeople in general. They are like lawyers, doctors, or people in any other industry . . . some are good and ethical, some are not.
4) Yes, I would visit this dealership if I was in the market for a new auto.

Yes, I get the feeling that he has the true American spirit and work ethic and it makes me interested in his dealership.
Absolutely. I believe that treating the employees well assists in customer service and creates a more productive work environment.
Yes, it does. I know there are good dealers out there, I just don’t know where to find them. To hear him speak it would make me interested in visiting his dealership.

Yes I like Irving. Yes I would consider his dealership, if only to improve moral and customer service. I have been to Future Ford in Sacramento and was treated very badly. I would not consider a ford in the future.
