Delphi Automotive files for IPO of up to $100 million
DETROIT (Reuters) - Delphi Automotive filed to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering, the U.S. auto supplier said in a securities filing on Wednesday, less than two years after emerging from bankruptcy.
